Unprecedented Greed!!

The nerve of those automobile CEO's begging for money - free money! Arriving in their corporate jets and yada yada yada... The truth of the matter is that this is a train that will derail. Period. It is going off the tracks either today or tomorrow.

The sad part is that the big 3's CEO's have been sucking the economy dry for years!! And not caring at all.

Michael Moore exposed them over 20 YEARS ago. They have fired Michigan folks while taking steep raises and bonuses, exporting jobs, helping in the demise of our atmosphere, purposely held back technology and have zero plan as to how to turn it all around.

Good for you, Congress, on recessing without giving them that blank check!

Its been said that some of the bailout money was supposed to be used for the mortgages that are in trouble and those that soon will be. That did not happen so far.

They are supposed to be coming up with a plan over this weekend. Why did it take being told to plan the use of the money for them to figure out a plan? GMC is going to put the money into their Russian SUV-building plant and they already know that that is why GMC's CEO had to keep his mouth shut.

Those CEO's should be fired like any other incompetent employees would be.

Please Congress, do not give them any money. If they file bankruptcy, that would be a temporary band aid as I certainly would not buy anything from any company I know was in BK.

Take them over, totally revamp, them, rename them if you do not shut them down and create three DIFFERENT entities - money making well planned ones.

If you have to supplement their workers for a while, that would be a better plan. Supplement them while Obama lets a few companies get their green plants & businesses off the ground, retrain these folks and keep the economy flowing.

We need to look forward and not backward. The kids are our future and these greedy good ol' boys are our past.
